I'm reading A Wonder Book. It's basically a really drawn out and detailed version of one of my favorite Greek myths; The Gorgon's Head. All of the detail and the length of the story makes the story a lot more interesting for me, because it's one I know so well. I really like how the author added an extra chapter at the beginning about the youth who was telling the story to the children because it almost made it like a story within a story. I think that the book is really good so far, but I haven't finished it yet. I also thought it seemed extremely evil at the beginning of the myth when Perseus and his mother were shut inside a chest and sent out to sea. There was no way they could of survived, but this is a myth, and myths aren't usually very realistic. I really like this book, and I suggest that anyone who isn't familiar with this myth should become familiar with it.
