I'm reading The Sea of Trolls by Nancy Farmer. It's so good! It's about a boy who is chosen to be a bard's apprentice. The bard teaches him magic and music and other things, but then these weird creatures called bersercers come and the bard loses his mind. I felt really sad when that happened because I liked all of the magic (like turning into animals) that the bard could do. In the book, Jack (the boy) has a little sister named Lucy. I didn't like Lucy that much at first because she thought she was a lost princess. Later, when they get kidnapped by trolls, Lucy continues with this story, but later Jack finds out she is just pretending to think that so that she can bear the terrible situation that they're in. After that I liked Lucy a lot more because she was a lot smarter than it seemed she was at first. I love this book so much and I can't wait to read more! I highly recommend it.
